A child's first birthday is a momentous occasion and should be celebrated as such! A Dol or doljanchi is a Korean tradition that celebrates the first birthday of a baby. This ceremony blesses the child with a prosperous future and has taken on great significance in Korea. From big milestones and transforming from infant to toddler quickly, a child's first birthday means so many things. So when we were asked to print up some adorable stationery for Haven's Sweet Owl birthday party we just couldn't resist the cuteness! Even though Haven is baby #3, her parents didn't slow down one bit for this grand occasion. From an amazing sweets table to clever crafts and party favors, this party was one big hit after another.

Sweet Owl Birthday Party Decor 1 The guests were greeted with bits of whimsical beauty everywhere. From the gorgeous purple and ivory stationery to the pops of green throughout, this party reminded us of spring and was ever so fitting for a celebration of the first year of life. We fell in love with the cute owl masks the kids made at the crafts and activities table.

The spread at the dessert table wow'd us. From cake pops to sweet treats to the gorgeous cake adorning the center of the table, everything was absolutely perfect.

The favors were just as amazing - owl journals for each guest. So creative. And the guest book was the perfect keepsake for the family. Each guest provided a thumbprint and their name. What a great way to preserve the memories of this special day.
